We're working on restoring email service. All mailboxes are backed up, and new server hardware is on its way to the data center. As soon as the equipment arrives, we'll install it, move the mail storage drives to the new server, clean up corrupted data, and test all email functions before turning on customer access.
This process will take several hours. The server is now expected to arrive by Tuesday forenoon due to a shipping delay. This is not the outcome we were aiming for, and we very much regret all the difficulty this situation has caused. Thank you for your understanding!
