Monitoring

Email services have been fully restored and all send/receive functions are working. We're monitoring the server's performance. It will take time for all your emails to appear on your devices. If you think you're missing emails or haven't received an email you're expecting, please wait a few hours to see if the issue resolves itself.

Update

The email server is now fully functional, but we are keeping user access blocked for now while we deliver the backlog of inbound emails from our spam filters to users' inboxes. This means that sending and receiving of emails is not possible quite yet. However, those who have a forward set on their email account will see emails arrive at the forwarding destination address.

Update

Email storage drives and data have been copied to the new server. Currently we're verifying data integrity before bringing mail services back online and delivering the accumulated incoming emails to users' mailboxes.

Update

We're working on restoring email service. The new server equipment has landed in California. As soon as possible, we will install the server and proceed with the process of moving email data to it. This process will take quite a few hours, so for now we are not providing a specific ETA for full restoration of services. We very much regret all the difficulty this situation has caused. Thank you for your understanding!

Update

We're working on restoring email service. All mailboxes are backed up, and new server hardware is on its way to the data center. As soon as the equipment arrives, we'll install it, move the mail storage drives to the new server, clean up corrupted data, and test all email functions before turning on customer access. This process will take several hours. The server is now expected to arrive by Tuesday forenoon due to a shipping delay. This is not the outcome we were aiming for, and we very much regret all the difficulty this situation has caused. Thank you for your understanding!
